Your service team in Mexico, without the setup

We are an established Mexican engineering team, fifteen years in the plants your customers run, working as the service arm for machine builders who sell into Mexico but are not based here. A full outsourced service department, or just the individual services you need.

Serving Mexico shouldn’t mean another flight

Sending an engineer to Mexico means travel costs, disruption to other projects and engineer time away from home.

While you are travelling to site, your customer waits and their production remains impacted.

If there was enough work to justify a permanent service team in Mexico you would have done it by now. You need local service without the time and money of setting up and managing your own operation.

An experienced service team, based in Mexico

Based in Aguascalientes, we support machines throughout Mexico, with fifteen years’ experience on high-volume production lines.

Our engineers are generally electro-mechanical, with at least basic PLC knowledge. We also have dedicated PLC engineers with machinery experience. They follow our procedures alongside yours, supported by our service management system, and speak directly with your customer’s operators and maintenance team in Spanish.

We are also your eyes and ears on site. We pass on concerns and upcoming opportunities we hear about, helping you support your customer and grow the relationship. Your success is our success.

The full department, or individual services

We can manage your service needs in Mexico or support you with specific work.

  • New projects

Installation, commissioning, SAT and acceptance, operator training and production support during startup.

  • Machines in production

Breakdown attendance, scheduled maintenance, further training and ongoing production support.

  • Small projects

Machine modifications and upgrades, relocations, and support validating new products on existing machines.

  • Local spare parts

Critical spares held in Mexico to support your installed machines and meet local stock expectations when selling new equipment.

  • Telephone support

A local contact for breakdowns, recurring issues, spare parts enquiries and technical questions.

We know how to get our engineers on site

Our team has worked in GM, Ford, Stellantis, Tesla, Magna, BorgWarner and many more plants, supporting machine builders’ equipment.

Access requirements vary by plant and visit. We organise inductions, contractor registration, safety documentation, insurance evidence and any required background checks or drug tests so our engineers can start work as planned.

Machine knowledge that grows with every job

Machine documentation

We gather the information needed to support your machines: manuals, electrical and mechanical drawings, PLC programs and documentation for third-party components. Work carried out is recorded in our system as well as yours.

Training and experience

Training and experience both become part of that knowledge, whether they concern a specific machine or a wider technical subject. What you teach us and what we learn on the job is captured and shared across the team.

Answers in natural language

Our engineers can ask questions in natural language, using AI to find relevant information across the documentation, training material and previous work, supplemented by online technical sources. Each visit and training session adds to the knowledge available for the next job.

Three ways to work with us

A team you can eventually bring in-house

We can recruit, train and manage a team for your business in Mexico, with an agreed route to bringing that team into your own operation when you are ready. Any transfer would depend on the engineers’ agreement, with fees reflecting recruitment, training and development agreed upfront.
